Google Play Games Services: When you use Google Play Games features (leaderboards and achievements), the following information is collected:

2.3 Transaction Data

Unity In-App Purchasing / Google Play Billing: If you make in-app purchases (such as the "Remove Ads" option), we collect:

• Purchase transaction records
• Product IDs of purchased items
• Purchase receipts and verification tokens

Payment processing is handled by Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not collect or store your payment card information.

2.4 Locally Stored Data

Our Apps store certain data locally on your device using Unity PlayerPrefs and similar mechanisms:

• Game scores (best score)
• User preferences (sound settings, colorblind mode, tutorial completion state)
• Purchase status (whether you have purchased the "Remove Ads" option)
• Cached Remote Config values

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. However, leaderboard scores are synchronized with Google Play Games Services.

Where we rely on legitimate interest as a lawful basis, our interests include improving app stability, understanding user engagement patterns, ensuring app security, and preventing fraudulent activity. We have assessed that these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Our Apps display advertisements through Google AdMob, which may serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your advertising preferences.

4.1 Personalized Advertising

AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other data to show you personalized ads based on your interests and browsing behavior across apps and websites. This includes ads from Google's ad network and third-party ad technology providers.

4.2 Ad Types

Our Apps display the following types of advertisements:

• Banner Ads: Small ads displayed at the top or bottom of the screen
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown at natural transition points (e.g., between game sessions)
• Rewarded Video Ads: Optional video ads that you can watch to earn in-game rewards

8. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for varying periods based on the purpose of collection:
